Latin Mass in Santa Barbara - March 31, 2019

Mass will be offered at 5:00 PM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Montecito on MARCH 31, 2019 by Rev. Paul Raftery, O.P., joined by The Floriani mens choir, directed by Giorgio Navarini.

There will be a wine and cheese event hosted by the pastoral council at Our Lady of Mount Carmel after mass outside the church. This is a great opportunity to further integrate the Latin Mass occurrences and attendees into the regular parish life at OLMC. Please enjoy a glass of wine and maybe make some new friends.

Volunteer to Adore Our Eucharistic Lord!

Saint Padre Pio was a 20th century Mystic and a Stigmatic.  He is a Patron Saint of Eucharistic Adorers because often times he would be found in Eucharistic Adoration.  He considered Adoration so important that he even instructed his fellow friars "When you want to find me come near the Tabernacle".

Marinello Saguin will be speaking on the benefits and blessings of adoration of the Blessed Sacrament within the parish. It will be held this coming Tuesday evening, February 26th in the Msgr Hughes Parish Hall (25 N Las Posas Rd, Camarillo, CA 93010) from 7-8:30 pm. Please join us.

An Evening of Recollection on Eucharistic Adoration

Join us for an evening of recollection in preparation for the opening of our St. Mary Magdalen Adoration Chapel. Fr. Marinello Saguin will be speaking on the benefits and blessings of adoration of the Blessed Sacrament within the parish. It will be held this coming Tuesday evening, February 26th in the Msgr Hughes Parish Hall (25 N Las Posas Rd, Camarillo, CA 93010) from 7-8:30 pm. Please join us.

We will be opening our St. Mary Magdalen Adoration Chapel beginning on Monday, March 4th with a procession of the Blessed Sacrament and blessing of the chapel following the 5:15 pm Mass that day. There are still some spaces open to sign up for a time you would like to come and adore our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. Please see the schedule that will be posted on the chapel that day. The Chapel will be open from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm for public adoration, Monday through Saturday.
